New market trends and demands from some of our clients triggered new developments, and in 2005 we established a trial line to market a new gourmet version of our dry anisette TRES CAIRES. This presented a huge challenge to us, as we had to improve our flagship product and satisfy our most discerning customers. After much research and many trials, carried out by our artisan masters (Master of Spirits, Maceration Master, Distiller Master), we managed to overcome the challenge and three years on, a new product was born, the TRES CAIRES Limited Edition, known as “The most perfectly distilled extra dry anisette to be found in the market”. It is distilled in a one hundred-year old still and the process takes over 30 hours. It boasts a bright, transparent colour, a strong, dry, lingering flavour and clean, frank, intense, scents.
The TRES CAIRES Limited Edition has a higher alcohol content and is best enjoyed pure, on the rocks or combined with lemon or lime to fully appreciate all its extraordinary colour, scents, and flavours.
